Nutrition

Perhaps the most variable of the four pillars, one's diet & nutrition habits might not make an athlete from scratch but is certainly one way to separate yourself from the competition and squeeze every ounce of athleticism out of your body. Rather than viewing food as a means to filling the void, appreciate how the balance of micro- and macronutrients can influence how you feel, how you perform, and how you recover. Make your goal each day to maximize your nutrient intake, and minimize the junk food you consume.

We break nutrition into four time-frames:

1) Daily

2) Pre-exercise

3) During-exercise

4) Post-exercise
