Body


As an athlete, your body is your engine. You ask a lot of your body and should ensure that you do everything possible to keep it happy. Through proper nutrition (fuel), sufficient rest (sleep), adequate mental preparation (mind-state), along with the optimal physical preparation and recovery, you have the tools to enhance your body’s output. 

Under the "Body" umbrella, there are four sub-pillars that equally support your body's performance and well-being:

1) Physical Recovery

2) Physical Preparation

3) Physical Performance Training

4) Physical Rehabilitation

Lacking in one of these four areas can disallow the body from achieving peak physical form.
