About Us

 What Is The 5th Quarter?

Fifth Quarter (5Q) noun : The time period between the conclusion of a fitness activity, training session or athletic competition and the beginning of the next activity, session or competition. This time is crucial for repairing the body and preparing it for when called upon in the future.

EX.: “As soon as the game ends, the 5th quarter begins. In order to reach my goals and aspirations in life, taking care of my body is non-negotiable and it has become a habit for me to recover in the 5th Quarter.”
